Steelers WR Antonio Brown sets new Guinness World Record for one-handed catches

Steelers WR Antonio Brown had a record breaking season, but he set a new Guinness World Record before Super Bowl 50.

Jason Bridge-USA TODAY Sports

As if Antonio Brown didn't have a good enough 2015 season, breaking franchise records along the way, he continued to break records leading up to Super Bowl 50, but this time it was a new Guinness World Record. The Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver already holds at least one Guinness World Record for catching a football which was dropped from a drone at 360-feet.

To add to his list of Guinness World Records, Brown attempted to beat Odell Beckham Jr.'s record of most one-handed catches in one minute. To help him achieve this feat, he needed someone throwing him the football, and it was Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins who was there to help the All-Pro wide out.

Beckham's record was 34 one-handed catches in one minute, with Drew Brees throwing him passes, and Cousins and Brown shattered that mark with 40 one-handed grabs in one minute.

To watch the entire video of Cousins and Brown breaking the record, you can watch it in its entirety HERE.

However, Brown took to snap chat to show off his new certificate of authentication from Guinness, but also showing off an autographed football from legendary San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Joe Montana.

Needless to say, I think Brown had himself a pretty nice week.
