Dextego is a startup that caters to underserved solopreneurs and SMBs with a dire need for soft skills development, such as communication, collaboration, and leadership. While giving feedback on Ioanna's startup, I suggested that she create a focus group. She liked the idea and asked me to become the Lead Recruiter. I suggested what to include in the promotional graphic, as well as how to structure an interest form. I promoted the focus group within my network, which included posting on Slack groups and Discord groups, as well as my personal LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/sarahromanko_dextego-focus-group-activity-7070461594194903040-YGww?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop). There are two separate sections of the focus group; the Student Focus Group and the Gen Z Professional Focus Group. I attend the latter. I offer feedback on the startup during the session, as well as test out the platform outside of the focus group.
